The 24th Tri-U International Joint Seminar and Symposium (IJSS)

The 24th Tri-U International Joint Seminar & Symposium was held at Mie University, Japan. The 24th Tri-U IJSS, themed “Global for Local, Local for Global” - Global University Network for Sustainable Development Goals – topics with Population, Food, Energy, Environment and Children Asian Contribution to the Sustainable Development Goals”, aims to encourage students to explore their creativity to find solutions for real-world problems related to population, food, energy and environmental issues.
The program is composed of some keynote speeches from the Tri-U founder universities and invited speakers, several keynote lectures from distinguished scholars, oral and poster presentations from students in parallel sessions. The participants from Maejo University, 20 students (15 students from School of Renewable Energy and 5 students from Faculty of Science) with and two lecturers (Dr. Rameshprabu Ramaraj, MEng., MSc., MPhil., PhD., and Dr. Yuwalee Unpaprom, PhD.,). Dr. Rameshprabu & Dr. Yuwalee was participated as a key person, delivered a keynote lecture and acted as an evaluator of oral and poster sections also representative of MJU. From MJU, 22 papers were accepted and published in the TRI-U proceedings. In addition, MJU students were performed two classical and wonderful culture dance. Maejo university student’s performance was highly appreciable, also this event is leads the MJU policy of “Go Green, Go Eco and Go Inter”.
